At TyttShoe, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction and confident that you will love your new footwear. However, we understand that sometimes a style may not be the perfect fit. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges to ensure it is as seamless as possible.
1. Our Philosophy: The Perfect Fit
We believe shoes should fit perfectly and align with your personal style. Our return policy is designed to give you the confidence to shop our unique collection, knowing you have options if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations.
2. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Sale or clearance items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.
3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition:
    Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
    All original tags, packaging (including the branded shoe box), and any dust bags must be intact and returned.
    Soles must be completely clean and free of any marks, scuffs, or wear.
    The item must not be altered, damaged, or show any signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a fee from your refund if the items do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    Socks, hosiery, or any intimate apparel.
    Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We do not offer automatic exchanges. To start the process, please follow these steps:
    Contact Us: Email our customer care team at info@tyttshoe.top within the eligible timeframe. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
    Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original box and place that inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. Ship the package to the address we provide, using a traceable and insured carrier. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Refunds & Processing
    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Exchanges: For a size or color exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
    Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, which will be issued as a digital gift card and emailed to you upon return processing.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@tyttshoe.top within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will promptly arrange for a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
8. Policy Updates
TyttShoe reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
