4. Delivery & Tracking

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. TyttShoe is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.
5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we provide estimated delivery windows, they are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier processing, weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"). We will communicate any known, significant delays proactively where possible.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal depot. If the package remains missing, contact us at info@tyttshoe.top within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For packages lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, we will resolve the issue at our discretion, typically via a replacement or refund.
